MoveLuma is operated by Media Yard LLC (“Media Yard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms form an agreement between you and Media Yard LLC and govern your use of MoveLuma. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Learning tool only

MoveLuma provides simulated communication practice and automated educational feedback. It does not provide medical, legal, employment, immigration, or examination advice. Feedback and scores are unofficial and do not predict performance or guarantee any outcome.

No examination affiliation

MoveLuma is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination provider, regulator, university, employer, or healthcare organization unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, bypass limits or security controls, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or harmful material, or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law. Do not submit real patient information or confidential third-party data.

Automated feedback

AI-generated transcripts and feedback can contain errors, omissions, or misunderstandings. You are responsible for independently evaluating output and using appropriate professional or educational guidance.

Beta status and paid plans

The service is an evolving beta, and features may change or be unavailable. Current prices, plan duration, renewal terms, taxes, and payment options are shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect as shown there. Fixed-term passes expire at the end of their stated access period.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled through the payment provider identified at checkout, which may act as merchant of record and apply its payment terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges are non-refundable. If you experience a billing error or cannot access a purchased plan, contact hello@moveluma.com.

Intellectual property

MoveLuma and its original content, software, branding, and scenarios are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in submitted content while granting us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Media Yard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.
